Critique request

Okay, here's the lowdown:
Female, age 15, HS sophomore.
5'3", 120 lb.
vaulting for just over a year
12' - 125lb pole
grip at 11'

bungee is at 11'

I really like your pole speed. I think you're doing a great job for only having a year's experience. Cleaning up your trail leg through the swing will open up several doors for you including higher grip on stiffer poles. Kinda hard to see clearly what your arms were doing (red shirt, red back ground plus blurry youtube footage).

You're off to a good start!

looks awesome..

keep raising your grip 2" at a time, same pole, and extend your arms even higher... work .. up and around the pole...

Vault

That vault looks good: you're fast, there's good pole speed, you swing well...it just looks like you're putting a lot of energy into the jump. Your top half needs some improvement, and you can hold higher up on that pole. I know Izzy is the best...but check out her position as she goes over the bar:

Swinging on a high bar would be great for you to better your swing. You've just got to use your drive leg more/separate your trail leg more and release the energy that you've created.
