ya my grip is 13'9" i believe for someone who asked.

Ya i don't believe double leg swing at all but the video is a little blurry but i defiantly don't do that. yes i have had had lots of trouble of ruining down and not finishing the jump. But i have became a lot better at that and hardly happens now. REMINDER this was almost a year ago have changed so things for the better. and as for being under that does tend to happen about 3 in under or so not quite sure how to address that.

and at my plant i think i need to lean more forward into the plant almost like i am running through the take off.

If you're holding 13'9" then measure out from the top of the box 46'. Step onto the runway and face away from the pit with your left toe ( if you are right handed) run away from the pit and have someone catch your third left for a 5 left approach, fourth for a 6 left approach, fifth for a 7 left approach etc. This should put you in perfect position to push out of the back, hit your mid and be on your take-off mark (if you plant correctly and don't overstride the last step). Give 'er a try and let us know how it works...

OH and what ever you do DON"T lean into the takeoff.....stay as tall as you can straight posture is a MUST...
