Princeton Vault Camp
We are offering a vault camp this summer.

The camp dates are:
June 13 – 15 (beginner – 10’)
June 18 – 20 (10’ and up)
Time – 8 am – 12 noon for both camps
Cost - $120
Limit – 15 jumpers/camp
Location – Princeton HS track

This camp will include instruction on the following;
-Safety instruction
-Step by step approach to vaulting – emphasis on fundamentals, our approach is to learn to do it right from the beginning.
-Video analysis
-Camp notes – detailed, coach & athlete friendly
-Drills – both the tried and true and a few new ones
-Jumps
-Meet strategy
