well as far as the standards, they need to go back. id say before that though you should learn how to properly plant the pole and take off. your run isn't too bad, but with a good takeoff and a hard dynamic swing, you will see huge improvements. work on these things in practice, and pick this message board apart for anything that you can find... its all good stuff. good luck!
