PROFILE THE SPORT

I would be interseted to know how the sport of Pole vaulting is profield, what energy systems are used most, what physical components are mainly required.

Thats a very complex question, as well as very debatable. If you search the technique forum and look for any models of vaulting, they are good indicators of a ton of the energy systems used. Mainly its just the vaulter-pole system. Putting your energy into the pole in the most efficient way.
