both feet, at my juco we did five bounds on one foot. we would do one with our left leg and measure it. then we would do one with our right leg.
On a whole new level 6-20-09

I challege anyone here to try to throw a golf ball further than Kyle Ellis, I think he has some anatomic mutation in his wrist that allows him to have some kinda freaky throwing arm. Kinda like that glutton guy and his stomach.

It could be useful in self-defense. Charleston can be pretty fierce. Gotta teach the track kids how to defend themselves!

Here's what we did for testing this week for all sprinters, jumpers and multis.

Event My Result
30m 3.99
30m fly 3.19
25m hop 4.60
150m 18.12
600m 1:47
SLJ 3.04
OHB 13.24
STJ 8.12
OHF 10.90
BT 67 yards

All running events hand timed.
150m indoors, 1 turn
600m indoors
SLJ- standing long jump
OHB- overhead back throw 16lb shot
STJ- standing triple jump (like real TJ without running)
OHF- overhaed forward throw 16lb shot, run and throw like soccer throw
BT- weighted ball throw, 400gr ball

STJ--7.5m
overhead shot--9.78 (so bad)
vertical--26"
