Are you a multi? If not, why are they timing you in 300's, 600's, and 900's? Unless of course these are talent-predictive tests that your coaches are using to see what events you'd be best in.
All the other tests are good speed and power measurements - the 150 a good speed endurance measurement - not sure about the golf ball throw (javelin talent prediction?) - think the results could be skewed by the fact that some people simply know how to throw better than others - then again, I see that same problem in the overhead back shot throw - great test of power, but there is a significant advantage to having proficient technique in it.

we do these tests as a team, not just vaulters or jumpers. so of course jumpers and sprinters hate anything over 300m, and all the distance guys hate sprints and jumps. but our coach likes to see how people compete even if its not there event and if anyone has any hidden talents.

Gotcha. Back in '95 or '96 my head coach had the entire team do a similar battery of tests. We were a D3 school and he was trying to look for hidden talents and spread people out to any events they could potentially score points in.

backward shot we used a normal mens shot of 16lbs. and three hop is basically 3conseceutive standinlg long jumps. i know clemson does alot of simular tests.

On one foot or both - if one, same foot or alternating?
