Hello. I have an ok arsenal of poles but am thinking the girls' poles needs work. I have an 11' 90 then 12' 100, 12' 110 and 12' 125. Then it is 12'6 130 and 13' 125. Are these too long for the beginning girl vauter? Should I go for an 11' 110 (or 10' 130 or 10'6" 120) and maybe an 11' 130 (or 10'6" 140)???
I am just trying to have good beginner poles and a good variety. Any suggestions? Are 12' poles ok for beginner girls or should the poles be 10'-11'?

Fight the good fight: It's nice to be great but it's far greater to be nice.

Because you are going to have to be meeting the weight rating rules in a meet, I would probably get an 11'110, 120, and 130 to start with, then an 11'6 130. Then they can go to the 12' 125.
I agree with Barto 100% on 11' poles for beginner girls. Too many coaches try and push them on 12' poles too early, and wonder why they can't bend a pole rated at or above their body weight.
I jumped 9'9" in high school on an 11' 150 (weighing about 130).
