INDIANAPOLIS - Katie Veath lead the way of record breaking performances on day four of the Junior Olympics at Michael A. Carroll Track & Soccer Stadium.

An Indiana high school state standout, Veath, set the meet record in the intermediate girls' pole vault after clearing 4.00 meters/13 feet, 1.5 inches. The previous meet record of 3.70m/12-1.5 was set last year by Allison Stokes from Newport Beach, Calif.
