If you go to one of the academies - then yes (West Point, AF Academy, Naval Academy - if you are on their track programs). If you're looking to enlist, or want to jump after you're done with college - you wont be doing it on a military base. I was told that all bases have full tracks with field equipment before I enlisted (i.e. I would be able to jump) - come to find out, some don't even have tracks at all, and every single base I've been to or was stationed on, didnt have any field equipment/pits/ etc. Had to take a full 4 years off from the sport before I got fed and built my own facilities.
So basically, don't plan on having easy access to vault facilities while serving in the military - atleast on base.
