NFHS Vault Rules

Saw this and thought it could be very helpful to some of the vaulters/coaches here.
This is an interpretation from Rule 2-1-6 on nfhs.com

SITUATION 10: Team A travels to an away meet. Upon arriving, the team is told that the host school has no pole vault facility for the meet. Team A has three vaulters. The official: a) declares the event a forfeit and divides points among the visiting schools, b) de-clares the event non-contested and awards no points to any teams, c) voids points for the pole vault and allows those athletes to enter a minimum of four additional events. RULING: (a) legal, (b) and (c) illegal. (2-1-6) COMMENT: Schools should notify all visitors when an event has been postponed or cancelled according to agreements, invitations or contracts signed prior to the season.
