Unread postby LancerVaulter07 » Mon May 02, 2005 8:45 pm

when people talk about hand grip measurements, do
you generally speak from the top hand? and i heard
once, that (and i know with better form it should be
higher) you should be able to at least vault your hand
grip...what does everyone think?

ya you should measure from the top hand

and when you start to jump your hand grip that means a whole new kind of vaulting has probably opened up to you. Its hard to say that jumping your grip is a minimum, or 1/2 the HS vaulters would have to quit.
