Tape your wrist or wrists, make sure its not to tight but not to loose. You need another person to wrap it correctly. Spread your fingers and press against the person who will tape your wrist chest. Have them tape about 2 or 3 inches down to the base of your thumb. Also, keep pressure on the person chest (if its a girl, stomach works just as well) with your fingers out.
