I would love to see the mpg movie but when I try the link you provide, it indicates I am not authorized to view this page. Is there another way you could provide it. Perhaps you could email it to me. Thanks
Try right clicking on the link and saving it to your hard drive. That might help.

but that's just me
would you have thought that in college? I know I never would have. but now as a coach that's alway the first thing in my mind.
An optimist is one who sees a light in darkness....a pessimist blows it out.

When using MS Internet Explorer deleting your temporary internet files would help in most of the times.
Safety is definitely a great concern. Only those who are able to get inverted are allowed. If you slip the pole, the one who pulls you up also gets injured. Helping to get someone up is also a tricky and very serious task. So far I’ve never seen one who slips the pole (rule one !!).

that stuff looks fun. We got a good coach that makes all our extra stuff from pieces of wood and pvc pipe. He's also gunna make a carrying case out of some plastic pipe stuff. he's got these climbing ropes that he's gunna attach to tires and use it as a sprint/resistance drill. He also made some pull up bars to use for different drills.
