Well we are not lighter than pacer we just have a pole that functions in our opinion and a few athletes opinion as better.

To be honest we are the same weight in most cases as Pacer and Pacer does in most cases have a better carry weight less stiffness in the butt of the pole!.
We just feel it important to give you a pole that will perform well and not bend in to the pit at the low portions of the pole.
Now I do realize that one can jump properly and avoid this but we still stiffen the bottom to give you a few things I cannot tell you here about. But I assure you when you plant an ESSX that fits you/ you can feel at the take off that thing we cannot tell you on here about
I love the PV, it is in my DNA
