German CHIARAVIGLIO (Argentina) has won the silver at 5.75. 5.20 XXO 5.40 O 5.60 O 5.70 X 5.75 O 5.85 XXX

The two Americans (Jake Blankenship and Mark Hollis) have tied for the bronze at 5.40. XO 5.60 XXX

In a related story, the CBC Pan AM film crew published a vid here: http://panam.cbc.ca/videos/video/canadian-athletes-shine-ncaa-track-and-field.html about Barber's NCAA D1 win at 5.60 (where he missed twice at 5.40). Also featured on this vid is USC sprinter phenom Andre De Grasse.

Two Canadian athletes that all of Canada can be proud of!

Bubka gets around, he was just handing out medals at World Youth a few days ago. Can you tell it is an election year?
