Hi All,
I'm looking for a pole 10'6" long and 125 pounds. I can compromise a bit on both specs.
I'm in central Pennsylvania and willing to travel for the right deal or have it shipped.
I also have a 11' - 110 lb Mystic I could trade.
Thanks, Molly

Have you tried to borrow or rent a pole from a local PV club? You might have to be a member to borrow or rent. But that is not a bad thing to be a member - you can get more practice and coaching throughout the year.
Maybe you could see if they'd be willing to trade with you since you have a pole you are willing to trade.
There is a club in State College PA. I think it is called State College Pole Vault. Joe is the coach, he's posted on PVP a couple of times and gave his contact info. viewtopic.php?f=10&t=36740&p=193841&hilit=+state+college#p193841
Another PV club that I'm aware of is in Camp Hill, PA (near Harrisburg) - called Vaultworx.
The least expensive way to buy a new pole that I can think of, is to buy from a dealer and pick it up yourself to save the shipping cost. I don't know of any dealers around central PA. But in S.E. PA, there is AAE, they sell Altius poles, which are probably the least expensive to buy. The problem you might run into is that they may not have the size you are looking for in stock. They are in Royersford, PA, which is NW of Philly. You'll likely have to make special arrangements to pick it up. Call them first before trying to order it online.

Ask your coach where they get their track equipment from, see if they are closer to you than AAE.
Maybe someone else will have a better suggestion. Good luck.
