Well just to give a little background on this jump, I am a freshman at Scottsdale Community College in AZ. I jumped 13'6 once in high school but was lucky enough to get onto a college team. My PR was 14'3 a month before this jump, then i got 14'5, the next week 14'11, and this past week I jumped 15'3 and now 15'7.
On this jump I was holding about 14'4 on a 15'175
I was running from 8 lefts from 112 feet
I am 5'11 and 158 lbs
What I need to work on in my opinion- quicken the last steps, keep my left hand high on the pole drop, take off further out, swing straighter through the jump.
What do you guys think?

The first thing I noticed was the drop of the left hand on the pole drop. This will cause you to lengthen your strides and takeoff flat.
