I am looking to buy a elevated PV runway (130ft ) with the vaulting box.
Is anyone has one?

Re: Pole vault runway
It is not that difficult to build your own. I built mine from 9-inch I-beams from Georgia Pacific, topped with C-D plywood ripped to a 42-inch width. The beams are on the edges and in the center, the plywood is glued and screwed to the beams, and a rubber runway was rolled out over the top. It's not beautiful, but it really does the job!
