Does it really matter? I mean it was 5.50 and 5.20 before, but if you jumped 5.20 you were not going to get into the meet. So they have pretty much been doing this for a while. Just now technically if it is a really bad year for vault and there are not 10 guys over 5.20 you might get in with 5.15 or something.
