Need help with swing

Unread postby KYLE ELLIS » Wed Oct 27, 2010 4:12 pm

So I was jumping today and I just couldn't seem to get anything out of the pole. My coach says my run and plant is perfect so you don't need to comment on that. What am I doing wrong in my swing?? I know if I learn the swing I will add 2ft to my best. Don't be jealous of how awesome our facilities are.

Oh and if you are wondering I have one of those new carbon poles made out of two peices (easier for packing and transportation) ;)

You might want to try taking off on your left foot. Just a thought, might work.
