Holding my thumbs for Melker Svärd Jacobsson in the finals. Very pleasant and intelligent boy to talk to, and very dedicated.

Who made finals? It's annoying that they don't show the "q"

There are A and B finals. My guess is, that the 8 first goes to the A-Final and the rest to B-Finals.

Found this:
Advancing to Finals and Disqualifications

If there is a tie for a number of athletes in the last place for progression to the Final A, it may be necessary to conduct a jump-off to determine which athletes will progress to Final A. The number of the finalists in Final A for the running and field events has to be 8 even if there are less than 8 in B Final.

There is only one possiblity of disqualifying an athlete from any final, it is only if an athlete would be disqualified for disciplinary reasons according to the specific IAAF competition rules for the Youth Olympic Games.

Medal Winners

Even if an athlete wins the Final B or Final C with a better performance, the Final A is considered as the big final and the medals will be given to the winners of this final.

My money is on the swede. Was it Tanaka that had a couple of jumps (I think one of them is shown more than once due to some bad editing) where he get's almost no penetration and almost lands in the box once?

The final is on monday 23rd:
