LOL that's ok Kris. I already have all the poles and chalk and tape I need provided for me by my school. ;) I'll probably go with a t-shirt or some item of clothing.

Actually, a t-shirt was going to be my realistic recommendation, but I never pass up a chance to score some free tape or chalk ;)

If you had asked me nicely I would have given you a roll of tape when you were here. I have a ton stacked up on my shelf from my athletic training class :P

Becca,

Yes. I have a serious recommendation.

Two weeks ago I ordered a pole vault videotape from Mr. Morris, It is the Orra McMurry video. Wow. It is 30 minutes of silent video of some of the best vaulters from the 1950's through the 80's. I've probably watched it 10 times since I got it. It lists for $29. You won't regret it if you get it. It's fabulous. You can watch the 2 clips of Kjell Isaksson over, and over, and over, and never get tired of his incredibly smooth plant, takeoff, gorgeous swing, and sensational pike clearance.

Congrats, and happy picking.
