The flies with what appear to be 35 lbs plates made my fingers ache watching.

It appears that beer may be the secret to recovery after a workout. Who knew?

Eating food and sprinting. There are some funny scenes near the end where they are pole vaulting into the ocean. A tire is changed.

I have come to the conclusion that French guys rarely wear shirts when training.
