I have been using the PV Lite spikes all year, and in the past 5 or 6 weeks, I have had to deal with tightness and pain in my right leg and hip. It was bad enough at one point, that I had to sit out a meet.
Today, right on schedule, my leg started hurting again. I switched back to my old PV/TJ spikes, and LITERALLY two minutes later my leg felt good as new.
If anyone else is having problems with em, check out some different kicks, it may help.
I just wish I had figured this out a few weeks ago. Better late than never...
