Anytime i jump heigher hieghts i always push my standrads back because i ALWAYS hit it on the way up. My opening height standards are always 28 inches, and go to 30 to 32 after i put the bar to 13'. I was always taught, don't let go of the pole if u think ur not gonna make it over the bar so we wouldn't fall in the box.
