Best way/cost to ship a pole

Unread postby maineswans » Sun Mar 06, 2005 8:11 pm

Can anyone help me with this? I am an "older" vaulter travelling for my first big meet. What does it cost to "fly" my pole? Should I ground ship it ahead? Any help is appreciated.
