Different pole sizes

Ok so if i hold the top of a 13'6 170 thats the weight but if i held the same height on a 14 155 would that be like holding at the top of a 13'6 180.

i think that's actually be closer to a 13-6 165...i think i've got that right-- 10lbs per 6 inches?
