Creative solution for a Facility

[High on Vault]

Hi,
I'm a high school vaulter in Northern VA, and there is a push in the local teams to find an indoor facility in my area. We can hall pits from the schools and buy a roll out run way to and indoor place but the issue still remains of finding somewhere that will allow us to do this.

We once went to go out to a different high school some distance away but parents complained of vaulters coming home late at night.

Theres an abandoned boys and girls club near us but the bill to run it would be enormous.

Could I get some ideas on what kind of places we could look for and what needs to be done to get it? I would also like an idea of what facilities are being used by other people to pole vault, Warehouses, Gymnastics, ect?
