Paul Malquist of Gainesville, Ga won the boys pole vault at the 2010 Mobile Challenge of Champions by clearing 16 feet:

BTW, I am interested in comments about Ms Leleux's technique. It looks to me as if she stiff arms with her left. Clears 13' with plenty of room to spare with what looks to be ~ 13' grip. (She next attempted 13'8", but wasn't successful.)
