Weight Lifting Form
Someone suggested to me that when lifting on a machine, you should lift the weights up and down without touching the weight stack between reps. I never really paid attention to this, usually my weights touch a little bit Does anyone know the proper form?

Most that I would usualy do on free weights, bench press, bicep curls, lat raises, etc
I started with machine weights because its easier on my shoulder.(Which I am at the end of rehabing from surgery) Ill make the free weight transition soon.
