Is this a good plan?

Ok, I need some opinions on this training regimen. Keep in mind I rarely get to actually vault.

Sunday-Day off
Monday-Practice (normally do the workout with the sprinters)
Weight room with bench, cleans, pullups, and general core (hard lifting)
Tuesday-Regular practice or vaulting or pole runs, do pullups and pushups at home
Wednesday-Practice
Weight room with ab work and leg work
Thursday-Easy
Friday-meet
Saturday-Combo of easy lifting at home with light weights afterwards

Now one day I usually get in vaulting, one day is easy and the day after that is a meet. This isn't exactly how it goes every week but this gives you a general idea

Sounds good to me.
That's about what I usually do during the season. Except I practice vaulting more. I spend more time working on my form and stuff.
