lol.... nope!!

I have enough trouble with climbing with 2 hands and no legs. Although the sets we do would wear almost any pole vaulter i know out.

yeah i struggle pretty good with two arms too! so to get myself to the top, as i climb with my arms i also climb up with my toes by pinching the rope in between them. its pretty monkey-ish looking

Well our rope is about 17 feet to the top i would estimate, and our coach had us timed climbing up with no feet, down with no feet, and back up 3 times. So up, down, up, down, up, down without jumping down.... for a time. LOL i came in around the 40's first time, probably taking 20 seconds on just the last up-down. We were supposed to do 3 sets of 3 for a time, but ended up doing 3-2-1 up-down sets. KILLER

serious pull up capabilities.

I found this one armed pull up thing, where he does like 15, i;ll try to find it.
