Again, wish we could have seen it…

But.. I don't know who needs to be "screamed' at about the coverage… NCAA CEO???

Sorry.. to follow a great competition with this… but I have said it before..

There are only two possible reasons for the blatant "none" coverage…

1.. total incompetence (that’s lack of a smidgen' of knowledge as to what a track meet is about!

2. Just don't really give a "Sheet"!

I think it is 100% of both…

Every human being that played any role in putting on the meet should never be allowed to do another one… including the University.

That's my opinion form 7000 miles away..

Again awesome coverage by PVP and awesome jumping by the ladies…

as awful as the espn live feed was, hearing dwight stones and the on the field interviewer's comments that obviously won't make the TV airing were pretty hilarious. Stones saying "what's that kid's first name? I have no idea." before they did the cut away to the interview was hilarious. Also, at the very end when they were going to interview the Oregon head coach and the interviewer gets about 30 seconds into his spiel, stops, throws his card and says, "you've got to be kidding me". to have them cut away, then cut back and he does it again like it never happened....

Congrats to all the girls on a great meet but especially to the Lady Razorbacks and Brian. Two 14' jumpers from the same school in one night is pretty impressive.

Stokke was over the bar on her first attempts at the opening two heights - 13-1.50 and 13-5.25 - one of only three jumpers to clear both without a miss. However, she missed on all of her attempts at 13-9.50 and took eighth. Stokke is the first Cal woman to place in the pole vault at the NCAA indoor meet. Katie Morgan, the 2008 NCAA outdoor champion and the only other Bear to qualify for the indoor meet from the women's team, no-heighted in 2009.

"Allison was outstanding today," Sandoval said. "She's jumping the best of her career right now and is so close for a big breakthrough. She had no misses until three near misses at 13-9.50. I'm so proud of her, and the hard work is paying bid dividends. She's healthy and faster than ever, which translate into bigger jumps outdoors."
