Even if Jenn had not entered, they could have decided to take all 13 girls who cleared 4.50 and only make Jenn jump at 4.55, take 14 if she cleared. Isn't that what used to happen with Isinbayeva?

I don't recall a Q round ever being shut down early just because they were "close enough to 12 and didn't feel like going up another bar." I think if they have something like 11 clear at 4.55 and 3 out but tied at 4.50, they might take all 14.
