20 mins? who needs 20 mins? i usually get my steps 2 minutes before my opening height, haha. and ive gotten my PR on the first attempt for the past 4 meets straight. cant freakin break it though, i think its mental.

Well, I think it would be easier to relax and warm up if you knew your poles were there for youl. I would be pretty frantic if I didnt have poles to jump on, and no one had poles big enough for me.
