o.k... I'm confused...

o.k... I'm confused...

I've just started pole vaulting and I don't have a pole yet. I tried the essx cauculator and I can't do the hand grip thingy since I don't have a pole yet.... Can somebody help me???

start out with a 11'6" pole rated above yoru weight like 99 lbs or 101 or the 105. work your way up
