Nike LJ or PV

Unread postby ramenvaulter » Sun Jan 11, 2009 7:26 pm

So I'm in the market for spikes and I'm trying to decide between the two.

The lj's don't have as much of a heel as the PV's but I heard the PV's aren't durable.
any info or reviews would be appreciated

The newer models of the pole vault spikes are more durable than the older models of PVs, but probably still a little less durable than the LJ spikes. If you want more heel and you don't care if they are a little heavier, get the TJ spikes.

I like the LJ's because it keeps me from ever hitting my heels when I run. Plus they're light and durable. :D
