Indoor High Bar

Unread postby jcoover » Wed Nov 01, 2006 11:08 pm

Hey all. I vault for Indiana and I was wondering if anyone knows the process of getting a bar for our indoor track. I know that a real gymnastic bar can be expensive and needs to be installed, but that is not an issue. All we need is some info on where to get the supplies and stuff. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks a lot!

p.s. Becca feel free to move this to another forum if u think it will be more effective in my quest. Thanks!

Check with a local gymnastics club to see how they have there installed and they could also point you in the right direction as to where and what to buy.

How about Rings?

We don't have a high bar but you might think about some rings if you want a solution that can be used about anywhere. I found some rings at http://www.ringtraining.com. They took about 3-4 weeks to come in. They are rather inexpensive ($65).
