Installing a plant box questions

Installing a plant box should be easy, right? Dig below the frost line, crushed stone, frame in and set the box, then pour concrete. Sounds simple. I'm putting mine in next weekend and I'd love to hear from those who have already put one in. Any special tips or things not to do would be helpful. I have a thick aluminum cast box.

OK, perhaps I'm the dumbest person on polevaultpower.com because almost everyone says this is no big deal, but installing this plant box seems very difficult.
Today, we dug out and framed a 4' wide, 5' long, 18" deep hole at the end of my runway. Now, the trick is to frame in the plant box square and level to the runway. This is where it gets tricky.
I'm nervous that any wood framing will rot (because it will be permanently imbedded in the concrete) and cause the box to wobble over time. It's strange that the companys that make the plant boxes do not give very good directions to install. I wonder how contractors do it--keeping the box square and level without it moving is a big concern and you really only get 1 shot with concrete.
I'm lucky that Dave Fritz (Suhr Sports) is coming over in an hour to give some tips, but anyone with any advice on how to secure the box before pouring concrete would be appreciated.

After we framed it up, we poured some of the concrete, just enough to hold the bottom part of the box in place. Once the box was solid, we removed the framing and poured the rest. The project was simple and easy; but it was also tedious because we wanted to get it just right.
