UCS no, they don't ever do that.
Gill, probably not. The odds are high that if you ordered a pole from them, they would be pulling one out of inventory for you. The only time they do custom tape jobs is when they are making a new pole. You can't really just add tape on top of a regular pole because it has all the warning stickers and brand stickers on top, and it's not like you can just easily pull those off.
Plus, even if for some reason they didn't have what you needed in stock, it is still highly unliekly that they would do it.

i tried 4 different sports store and none of them had gym floor tape. chicks sporting goods said they could special order it for me, but itd take too long. big 5 didnt even know what i was talking about. sports authority...they need to get on the ball. and sports chalet had the tape on their website, but didnt have it on hand in the store. so i just bought hockey tape, which is just like athletic tape. i wrapped my pole with it today and it looks great. i wish i had gym tape though. oh well ill post pics about it later. it was actually very easy to do, took me about 15 minutes top.
