Hi,I
'm 23 years old, my height is 5.75 and I weigh 129 lbs. What Pole length and pole weight is recommended for me to use. I currently use a 12feet 120lbs pole (Comfortably). I want to buy a longer pole 13 feet but I'm not sure what weight is recommended..
Thanks In Advance

You provided all the info needed accept how high you are jumping?

Sounds like you are jumping less than 12' if so stay on 12'4" POLES and go for a stiffer pole. This will allow you to learn how to jump properly and learn how to jump over your hand hold.
If you move to a 13' pole it will have to be at your weight. You see the secret is to get a pole with more power than your weight, so you can get the lift you need to get the hips up. If you do not do this and you jump on a pole at or less than your weight the pole cannot lift your center of mass with any force and you will flag the bar or jump under your hand hold.

you should not move up to a longer pole until you are at least jumping on a pole that is rated 20 lbs or so over your weight. You need a 12' 130 rather than a 13' pole. Remember, a higher grip does not equal a higher jump!
