Heavy Stubbies

Unread postby JTred » Sun Apr 09, 2006 4:09 pm

I was just wondering if anyone uses weighted stubbies for plant triangle drills to improve strength. Are their any more benefits than just using a regular stubby or would it be worse? I'm not talking about during the season I mean before the season starts.

Just doing the planting action with a stubbie. I didn't know what else to call it.
