soft side on different pole

Unread postby ACvault » Thu Apr 03, 2008 7:21 pm

I recently moved up to a 13' 160 ucs spirtit and I had originally though that that you started the run with the logo facing the ground away from you and that when it rotated into the plant the logo faces outward. However on this older pole it seems the people who previously used it had it the other way around. I can see this due to the fact the the pole is slightly curved in the opposite way I though it would be and the slight wear on the pole tip is consistent with this. So what I'm wondering is should I jump with the logo facing down like usual on do it as the pole is curved?

When you plant a UCS pole, the words UCS should be facing you! It is definately the opposite of pacers in that fact, and yes you should definately vault with the prebend of the pole!!
Vault with a purpose... Vault for God!!

if your ever in doubt just let the pole rest on your hand and see which side naturally roles down... that soide goes away from you at the plant
