I have a copy emailed to me (have for awhile :o ) I just haven't had the time to upload it... I will... and it will be part of the main website. So you will just be able to go to www.polevaultpower.com and get it... everntually.

Go to TRACK AND FIELD NEWS website and order the BIG GREEN BOOK. Has a much longer version of conversion tables. That's what your track officials use! Or an older version of the book!

i've got a metric/english converter over at http://www.purduepv.com - its not precise, but its good for when you need a quick conversion

Maybe you should put it as a sticky for the time being...it is very useful, especially when your sifting through results online and they don't put the english conversion.
