I just started coaching a new kid last week. He's got a ton of potential and did really well on his first day, but he tends to not listen and acts really childish. I have constantly tell him where to hold and where to run from, but since he acts like a 3 year old most of the time, I guess its ok. Let me know what you think....

It is so hard at times to get through to these athletes now a days. They are just so headstrong and fearless. As to technique? I'd like to see a little work on his pole carry and less movement in the arms. Pole plant looked pretty good especially for how under he was. Hey! A week in, and he's doing great! Later............Mike
