When you run it looks like a light jog. I know they say run relaxed but you still need to pick up your knees and get some speed. Its a little hard to tell with this awkward camra angle but i looks like your trail leg is brought strait to your chest instead of swinging up. Gratz on the new pR good luck to ya in da future.

You are coming out way too early. Its expected that you might come out early in a PR jump, but you are barely jumping your handhold. Thats ok though, i think the best thing you can do is take it down to a short run, and work on swinging all the way back. Your whole body should be able to almost balance on your shoulders, with your feet as far back as the tip of the pole. If this happens, and you straighten out your body so you are in ling with the pole, the pole will unbend and send you up rather than out. It will feel like you are doing a back flip if you do it right. Then all you have to do is stay connected with the pole, and it will make you fly.
You are getting on stiff poles, but its not going to matter if you flag out on every jump. You will jump 14'6 right away if you start doing this. good luck!

The greater the challenge, the more glorious the triumph
I've been working on my trail leg, and that video was one of my better trail legs at the time, but it's still impoving and still needs more improivng. And yes, i know i need to work on my speed, but i'll try swinging all the way back to vertical and try to stay with the pole.
Thanks guys
