Hi I need some major help on my swing and several things on my vault mainly becaue I am completely obsessed with pole vaulting and think it is the best sport ever so please look at these pictures and any help would be appreciated

I have been vaulting seriously since my sophmore year
PR: 11'3"
Attempt at: not to sure but I think 10'9''
Grip: 12'
I am vaulting on a 130 pound sky pole that is around 13'3'' and I am around 5'7'' and weigh about 124 all help is appreciated and sorry if i messed up this is my first post here is the link to the pics

first of all, the arms have no movement. Try to hit with the hands higher, and drive the pole into the back of the box. Second, there is no knee drive. really think about jumping off of the ground and driving the knee through the bottom. Third, your trail leg doesn't ever really do anything, you're just tucking up and aiming for the bar. Rip the trail leg through hard and finish the swing! Rock back drills obviously help with this idea. Good luck man! Have a great season!
