Yes, except on some of them it looks like you are throwing your head back, so keep an eye on that.

yeah man that looks much better. the only things is when you are going to swing, your heel should be driving backward to create the potential to really rip or "kick" it through the bottom. check out the Alan Launder explanation of the high bar swing... its around here somewhere
