A few issues:

1. She is taking off under, but I think her step is actually out. She should be using a mid mark based on DJ's mid mark chart.

2. She is running down the runway with a "static" pole carry. It's forcing her to decelerate when she plants, and this is a big part of the reason she is taking off under. http://artofthevault.com/active-pole-drop/

3. Her plant motion is taking her hands directly behind her head at takeoff, possibly because she's under, but I think her plant motion is also stopping before she reaches full extension. http://artofthevault.com/the-plant-simp ... specified/

If she can fix those issues, she will be able to easily raise her grip and jump from that handgrip consistently.
